Here is where you can find detailed summaries of past Kanoan Plots. Take some time to read through a couple of them to know what you missed before you joined the site, or use them to unravel the current plot's many mysteries!

On special events [such as birthdays, holidays, and promotions] members of Kanoa can make a thread here, to celebrate the special day with pic-spamming, virtual food, and Baked Alaska.

This is the place where members can chat and discuss things which don't pertain to Kanoa, or even to Pokémon. Examples include school, the latest movies, your little sister's shenanigans, etc.

Moderator Heights is the pinnacle of mystery and secrecy around Kanoa! In truth, this is just the place where members of staff gather to discuss site-related projects and such. Sometimes they even talk about marshmallow vehicles and other pointless insanity! Anything can happen in MH and become reality in Kanoa… so it's a potentially dangerous place.

General Board is for subjects pertaining to Kanoa and Pokémon. There are also a number of sub-boards for many different topics, some of them important, so be sure to keep checking back.

Kanoa has a fair amount of monthly competitions and the like, held throughout the year. KPP's are earned in huge quantities here-- be sure to participate every month!

Have some drawings, a poem, a short story, some sprites, or a graphic design? This is the place for you, where you can post your works of art and share it with the Kanoan community. Be sure to be open to well-meaning constructive criticism-- and compliments as well, of course!

Character Sheets are an integral part of the Kanoan Roleplaying experience. Your character's information will follow you everywhere around here.

This is where you may post a journal or diary; a log of your character's adventure. Character Journals are optional, but they help to add depth to your characters-- and also to ease boredom!

Set in a small, picturesque village with lush foliage and rolling hills, Professor Cypress' Laboratory is the main source of attraction, and has seen many aspiring trainers. You will receive your very first companion here-- choose wisely.

Route One is a pleasant route in all aspects; easy on the eyes, the nose, the mind, the temper. There are many new Trainers and Coordinators such as yourself, who are also foraging for Wild Pokémon and battles! This route leads to Meridianville, where the first Badge for Trainers awaits.

The bustling mountain town of Meridianville is an active, happy place with plenty to do and see. Trainer hopefuls will battle the Gym Leader Val in hopes of winning their first badge; the Magnitude Badge. Best of luck!

Route Two is a place of burning climate, burning plains, and burning tempers! The Wild Pokémon and Trainers of this route are hankering for a battle, so tread lightly! The fields will eventually lead you to the far milder Chesto Town where Coordinators will compete for their first Ribbon!

Chesto Town is a quirky place filled with berries, berries, berries, and Jigglypuff. They say that there's someone here who can give the HM: Cut to those who will do him a small service… Coordinators will face Meryl to win the Monarch Ribbon. Good luck to them!

You'll need the HM: Cut to make it through here to the next city! The Wild Pokémon here are far milder in temper compared to those of Fuego Fields, so they shouldn't cause you trouble. The plains of wheat and grain are dauntingly endless, but don't lose hope. Just get to cutting-- Sunrise Valley awaits you!

Welcome to Sunrise Valley; a happily lovely place where everyone is willing to stop and lend a hand where it is needed. Despite its outward cheeriness, this place is supposedly cursed-- especially during the sunrise, when strange things are rumored to happen… Trainers will also battle the Gym Leader Amarii for the Sunshine Badge!

Route Four is of an extremely serene climate, cool and moist from river mist. Route Four is an ideal fishing spot, as many Water Pokémon inhabit the streams with fishermen constantly searching for them. The streams wind and twist, emptying into a large river situated along the town known as Pearl River, where the third Kanoan Badge awaits.

The river-side town of Pearl River is a bubbling place, running along the Pearl River; the largest river in Kanoa which empties into the sea by Rubenstone Harbor, and for which the town is named. Pearl River is home to the third Kanoan Badge, as well as the second Kanoan Ribbon; the Stream Badge and the Solstice Ribbon.

A humid, boggy atmosphere is the first to greet you along the Teeki Teeki Wetlands. It's an interesting, curious place, to say the least. The Wetlands are composed of several swamps and bogs-- originating from the Pearl River-- lining a path that leads from the mild Pearl River to the eccentric Tamarin Town. Careful to not lose your way in these sticky mires!

Small and underpopulated Tamarin Town is filled with superstitious denizens. Supernatural phenomena is said to occur here often and indeed, is believed to be the primary reason for Tamarin Town's existence. The fourth Kanoan Badge, as well as the third Kanoan Ribbon, wait here, but you must triumph before either Eldred or Mythalda in order to receive it. …Wait, what's that white hand on your shoulder?!

A glen of dark firs and pines stretch before you, marking the edge of Tamarin Town. This is Spirea Forest, a curious place indeed, where all manner of paranormal occurrences are said to happen. The trees are filled with Dark and Ghost Pokémon and most of them are not pleased that you've trespassed upon their forest… And you haven't even met the spirits yet!

Welcome to Bellevale City-- Kanoa's largest and most prosperous metropolis! This place is filled with places to go, people to see, and things to do; there's never a dull moment in the city of Bellevale! Among other attractions, there is apparently a peculiar old woman who may give you the HM: Flash! The city is also home to the electric dynamite Gym Leader, Jaelyn, and the poised Hall Leader, Cora. You've come a long way-- enjoy your stay in Bellevale City!

The climate has been shifting steadily to colder weather since you entered Spirea Forest, but now it all suddenly comes to a head as a large icecap stretches in front of you. Aurora Geysers is one of Kanoa's natural wonders, and quite a wonder it is! Ice and Water Pokémon come once a week to witness the powerful eruptions of the geysers. Beyond these geysers, you'll eventually get to Pinealle Lodge.

Pinealle Lodge is a small village on the edge of Aurora Geysers and right at the foot of Brivado Slopes. As such, it is a popular destination for skiers and snowboarders. Coordinators can win their fifth Ribbon here by competing against Rudolf and his snowy companions!

The fifth official route of Kanoa, Andara Way, is sparse and barren with little vegetation. There are a number of, normally leafless, twisted trees along this route, with Flying Pokémon flitting from tree to tree. They adore it here for some reason. If you look hard enough, you might find the Medicine Man, who is said to have quite a few useful tips and items for wandering travelers; but don't stay too long, for Havvel Cove awaits your arrival!

The air is a little warmer now that you've made it to Havvel Cove; a small town along the beginning coastline of Kanoa. Pleasantly quaint and easy-going, Havvel Cove is also home to the sixth Kanoan Ribbon and the feisty Hall Leader, Chance.

Goldstretch Path is a beautiful trail which ambles along the coast and the shores of the Sea of Aegir. The route leads you from the simple Havvel Cove to the bustling and renowned oceanside city, Rubenstone Harbor, where the sixth Kanoan Badge awaits Trainers.

Rubenstone Harbor is a constantly busy place, filled with sea-hardened individuals who have spent their lives near the big blue. All the citizens here believe in hardship, inspired by the Gym Leader, Malory. Energyroots, as well as other strength-enhancing formulas, are staples here. The Force Badge awaits those Trainers who have made it this far. Rumor also has it that there is a quirky sailor man here who will give travelers the HM: Surf… That might be worth looking into.

You'll need the HM: Surf to get past here. The Sea of Aegir is a vast distance to cover, and it might seem daunting. While not so pretty a color as its tropical counterparts, Aegir is still beautiful in its own right, with many shades of dark green and purple in its waters. Swimmers are plentiful here as well as the typical Pokémon of the sea. Surf east and you'll eventually find yourself at Rosenburg Island.

You have been surfing due east for days, it seems, and you're beginning to get the tiniest bit anxious that you've taken a wrong turn… but just as you begin losing hope, a tiny island springs out of practically nowhere-- welcome to Rosenburg Island. It's a curious area in Kanoa, that's for sure, if the ice crystals beginning to dance around the air is any testimony to that… Trainers will face Sealla here for their seventh Badge; the Hail Badge.

A narrow strip of land extends from the back of Rosenburg Island and towards the second main land of Kanoa. The sliver of land eventually gets larger and larger until finally, you find yourself on Route Seven, the Static Plateau. The last route on your Kanoan journey awaits you, filled with Electric Pokémon and eager travelers looking for battles!

The quant subdisctrict of Aradin City, the Suburbs of Koquillah, are a modest place with simple attractions. Those who live here lead modest lives in humble surroundings… except for the seventh Hall Leader, Magdalene, who lives life with glamour and disdain and whom Coordinators will face for the Opulence Ribbon.

Floreale Pass is merely a small walkway, lined with gorgeous bushes of flowers and giant, hundred-year-old trees with plenty of foliage. The pathway traverses the short distance between the Suburbs and the grand Aradin City, where Trainers will face Roth for their eighth and final Badge!

Aradin City-- while not as large as its counterpart, Bellevale City-- is still the pinnacle of majesty in Kanoa. There is an elegant sense of greatness to this place; well-deserved greatness, as it is, for the Ascension Badge awaits Trainers eager to finish their journey! Their toughest battle yet awaits them; will they be triumphant? We'll just have to find out. Welcome to Aradin City.

The birthplace of legends and myths, Dragon's Den is an ultimate challenge for Trainers, Coordinators, and Rangers alike. Within, the Order of the Dragon - a mysterious clan of Dragon Masters - meets frequently, and perhaps you'll meet one of these powerful trainers if you're lucky. The cave is long and winding, and will require HM: Waterfall to pass through. Once you're above the waterfall, the real Dragons come out to play, some friendlier than others.

You have reached your journey's end-- quite literally, in fact. Here is where Trainers may rest up and heal for the unimaginable moments ahead of them. Here is also where Coordinators will face Skylar for the eighth and final Ribbon, the Astro Ribbon. Enjoy these last few moments of peace, for the possibility of fame and glory awaits you on the morrow!

Victory Road at long last! The very air of this place seems to shimmer with the passion and zeal of hundreds of people who have climbed relentlessly to make it to the top! Many fierce Pokémon lie in wait to challenge you and test your skills, as do many trainers. Do you have what it takes?

The final and greatest challenge is upon those who have come this far. But the question is, are you ready for it? It's not too late to turn back now and accept more training. If you are truly ready, however, then head on through the double doors, as hundreds have before you. The first member of the Elite Four awaits your arrival; prepare for a battle to remember!

Welcome, welcome, adventurous wanderer, to Team Jade; where a true life of excitement and wonder awaits you! Professor Mandria's Laboratory is where all Jade hopefuls go to receive their beginning in this most dastardly of teams. Of course, you must first swear an oath before Professor Mandria himself, binding you in all respects to Team Jade. Once done, you may choose your Starter Pokémon and your journey with the Jade will begin…

The Team Jade Home-Base has eluded many a desperate police official. The truth is that the exact location is practically impossible for an outsider to pinpoint. The only surefire method of learning the location is to become a part of Team Jade yourself. Home-Base is the heart of the Jade, where all ceremonies of importance occur; gatherings, promotions, assignment briefings, and such.

Having undergone construction for over a year now, Black's Office has been expanded and transformed into the Mission Headquarters of Team Jade. Assignments are an integral part of the Jade life and are the only guaranteed way you'll rise through the ranks. If you're looking to prove your worth to the Jade, then you needn't look anywhere but here.

Under the new ministrations of the great and all-powerful Arkadian Siblings, the Jaded Training Grounds have been re-opened, and are an ideal place to test your strength and skill. The training programs here are among the best and fully analyze your strengths and weaknesses as a Jade member.

A vault of sorts, hidden in the deep recesses of the Jade Hide-Out, where a computer database stores all those who were ever a part of Team Jade. Much history can be unearthed here; about the past of Jade and ultimately about the near future.

Pokémon Beginnings is a place of pleasantry and subtle beauty. Pokémon are naturally attracted to this field for some reason, so it is no wonder that breeding comes so easily here. If you leave breeding-compatible Pokémon here, they will eventually have an Egg.

The Pokémon Breeding Barns are a popular destination of Kanoans, as anyone is permitted to set up their own Breeding Barn, or adopt Pokémon from other Breeding Barns.
[Note: Trainers must have at least one Badge and Coordinators must have at least one Ribbon to adopt from any of the barns.]

The charming and quirky Berry Forest is alive with all sorts of life. It is a largely untamed part of Kanoa, where Pokémon live in peace and relative harmony. Berry Forest, true to its name, has almost every kind of berry imaginable, as well as some other items that may come in handy. If you go exploring, you may find a lot of interesting things…

The Safari Zone is renowned throughout the region of Kanoa for its enormous repertoire of Pokémon, ranging from the common and everyday, to the rare and exotic. This is also one of the only places to catch Shiny Pokémon. You may come here once a month, providing you have the necessary Badges/Ribbons.

Valle de la Muerte is a place of questionable origin and strange happenings… Superstitions and tales of evil reside here and upon entering, you may notice that there is something not right about this place… Avoid traveling alone, especially at night-time.

The Rose Plaza has long been a place of festivity and merriment. As its name suggests, Rose Plaza is dominated by the rose flower, which makes the place a location of beauty. The area's most well-known attractions are the monthly contests where Trainers, Coordinators, and Rangers can all compete for the title of Herald of the Rose in grand showings of technique and skill.

The region-famous KCC is a place where the people of Kanoa all gather-- and effectively "connect" the region of Kanoa. The KCC has an evergrowing number of floors featuring many ways to divert and entertain all kinds of people.
